A Cracker That Will Actually Burn Fat!

Flackers

I am so excited to share my newest “Fitt Find”. I came across these flaxseed crackers on-line, ordered them, and hoped for the best. Not only do they satisfy that crunchy craving that so many of my clients crave, but they taste absolutely amazing. I have talked before about how flaxseeds can help speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight!

Flackers are raw (sprouted and dehydrated) flax crackers made with very few ingredients. I love that they are gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, and nut free. They are also high in fiber and contain omega 3’s. How many crackers can say that? I have been topping them with tuna, turkey, guacamole, and hummus. They are even great broken into pieces and using as a topper for my Greek yogurt.

I have fallen head over heals for these to-good-to-be-true crackers. If you are looking for an almost zero carbohydrate cracker, THIS IS IT! With only 8 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fiber, this 1 carb cracker is perfect for anyone on a low-carb diet, eating Paleo, going Gluten-free, or just eating healthy and trying to incorporate nutritious foods. You can find them HERE or at most Whole Foods Grocery Stores.
