Try this simple and easy recipe that your whole family will love!

Soy Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients:
-2 pounds of flank steak
-1 jar low sodium soy sauce
-seasoning to taste (sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder)

Directions:
1. Rinse flank steak and remove unwanted fat.
2. Place whole flank steak in a large Ziplock with about a ½ a jar of low sodium soy sauce.
3. Let marinate for 1 or 2 days. The longer you marinate, the more tender it will be.
4. When your ready to bake it, take out flank steak and put on broiler pan.
5. Season both sides with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
6. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
