I am always trying to come up with fast and healthy recipes that will leave me with tons of leftovers. I have talked many times about Meal Prepping and why it works. This Soy Glazed Chicken is the perfect way to try out a new recipe and meal prepping all at once.
Before the oven heats up to 400, the entire recipe is prepared and ready to bake. This week I got 2 large containers full of veggies and 2 full of chicken. I will easily have enough food to last the entire week!
