INGREDIENTS/DIRECTIONS:
– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk mixed with 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen
– 1 TBSP chia seeds
– Some slivered almonds
– Some chopped up mango
– Top with 1/2 cup Organic Greek yogurt
– Shake, seal, and refrigerate overnight
– Wake up and Devour 💪
