How Vacations and Weight Loss Are Two Peas in a Pod!

I am back from a much needed getaway! Great sleep and zero stress is so good for your mind and body! I love that after 14 days away eating twice as many calories of clean, healthy foods, I am down 3 pounds! Yep, I lost weight on vacation! I actually always do! Weight loss is never easy, but I always tell my clients that stress and sleep are more important then food and exercise! I will take this 3 pound loss as solid evidence that I can pass along to you!

 

I may be waking up to a cool & rainy Chicago morning, but I am RELAXED & HAPPY and ready to rock 2019 with good intentions and only good vibes!
