What is the Best Way to Eat on a Ketogenic Diet?

Over the past five years, Ketogenic programs have become about 1/3 of my business! Unfortunately, not everyone has a nutritionist to help them create a customized meal plan, and end up falling into a pattern of unhealthy food choices which doesn’t help them see the amazing benefits of a carefully tailored plan!

 

Somehow #google helps people think that bacon all day every day (which is what a lot of keto “experts” will recommend) is what the Keto diet is all about! This is NOT a long term solution for optimal health and vitality. Nor will you see the amazing health benefits that you should see when following a Ketogenic diet filled with anti-inflammatory foods designed to heal your body from the inside out!

 

A properly formulated ketogenic diet is actually primarily plant based. Meaning we are eating a HUGE amount of vegetables (like leafy greens with a high fiber content), and then layering healthy fats and grass-fed proteins on top of that. Who is loving Keto? What is your favorite go-to meal?
