WHY YOUR SALAD COULD BE MAKING YOU GAIN WEIGHT!

Did you ever think salad dressing could be a silent killer? Besides Trans fat, the other main ingredient in salad dressing is sugar. Why would anyone want to pour sugar all over their vegetables?

Store bought dressings are almost never made with olive oil (they are mostly all other types of oils). But the worst part is that when you take in high levels of polyunsaturated fat from the salad dressing, your body can’t absorb the vitamins that come from the veggies so you may as well have not eaten them at all!

Ditch the high calorie, high fat dressings and start using balsamic or red wine vinegar. Every restaurant has it, it tastes great, and won’t ruin your diet! Another option is Walden Farms dressings. They taste great and have zero calories! I always have a jar in my purse:)

Next time your about to order a salad…if you can’t skip the full fat dressing, order something else!! You may start losing weight from ordering the turkey sandwich you actually wanted in the first place!
