October 31st has finally arrived, along with buckets full of tempting candy and treats!  This is my favorite inspirational image to get through Halloween without gaining a pound.  I recently gave you my 5 tips to a skinnier Halloween, and this quote along with those suggestions may help you make it through this holiday without touching a single piece of candy!

 

Everything is always fine in moderation, and depriving yourself can lead to a binge later on.  Just make sure, if you choose to indulge, that you enjoy your choices and eat it because you want it and not because someone pressured you into it. Happy Halloween!
