Chocolate Chip Banana Cake Overnight Oats

It’s my hubbies birthday today!  I love birthdays and always try and make them as special as possible for my family and friends.  Waking up to this and a scheduled 75 minute massage he knew nothing about is putting a big smile on his face (mission accomplished).

I am a huge fan of overnight oatmeal!  It is such a quick and healthy way to start your day!  This is one recipe everyone in your family will love!

 

TheFittChick Chocolate Chip Banana Cake Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients:

–       ¼ cup Metabolic Nutrition Chocolate Cake Protein Powder

–       1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk

–       ½ smashed banana

–       2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

–       2-3 TBSP granulated sweetener of choice

–       1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Mix together all your ingredients into a airtight container and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, divide your batter into 2 separate bowls.

  3. Top with sugar-free chocolate chips, Walden Farms Chocolate syrup, banana slices and/or nuts.

  4. Devour!

Modifications:

~ Substitute ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt for the ½ banana to add more protein.
