They have been practicing and viewing my calorie consumption since the end of March and lost 19 lb. throughout that time. Around a week prior my weight reduction stopped regardless of working out (some more serious) and even now viewing calories. What would it be a good idea for me to do to get it going again in light of the fact that now I am just keeping up my weight?
