The Only Tip You Need to Stay Motivated This Halloween!

Halloween Diet Motivation!

October 31st has finally arrived, along with buckets full of tempting candy and yummy treats!  This is my favorite inspirational image to get through Halloween without gaining an ounce.  I recently gave you my 5 tricks to a Skinnier Halloween, and this quote along with those suggestions may help you make it through this holiday without touching a single piece of candy!

 

Everything is always great in moderation, and depriving yourself can lead to a binge later on.  Just make sure, if you choose to indulge today, that you enjoy your choices, eat it because YOU want it, and not because someone pressured you into it. What you do after today is even more important! If a big bag of chocolates and a huge bowl of candy corn is too much for you to resist, it’s best to limit your exposure. As goes with all junk food, if it’s not in the house, you can’t eat it during a moment of weakness. Have a Happy Halloween!
