Tuesday Transformation!

How many of you are walking around within 10 pounds from your goal weight?  You’re eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise, but no matter what you do, you can’t seem to get the scale to move!  That is exactly how Ann was feeling.  She didn’t realize that with a few simple tweaks to her eating, she could get down to where she wanted to be!

After 3 months on TheFittChick plan, Ann lost 8 1/2 pounds and 5 inches.  She was fully committed to seeing results, and that meant sticking to her plan while on vacations and even on her birthday.  Weight loss is such a mind game, and I am so proud of her for staying committed and seeing results!
