This rich and chocolatey icy blend has everything you love about hot chocolate without the guilt! This recipe was inspired by my amazing client Kendall (check out her transformation story HERE) who is always looking for a way to satisfy her nagging sweet tooth.
A typical hot chocolate could set you back hundreds of calories, but this slimmed down version will satisfy your chocolate craving all for just 40 calories.
TheFittChick Skinny Frozen Hot Chocolate
– 1 packet Diet Swiss Miss
– ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 drop vanilla extract
– 1 pinch of xanthum gum
Blend the ice and almond milk until smooth.
Add Diet Swiss Miss, vanilla, and xanthum gum and blend until well combined.
Top with fat-free whipped topping and sugar-free chocolate chips (optional).
– Add unsweetened cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor
– Change it to a peppermint frozen hot chocolate by adding a drop of peppermint extract
