Welcome to my journey as a FittChick sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin. After working with Jillian this past summer, I was able to learn how to eat healthy, tone my body, and prepare myself in order to head back to the land of deep fried Oreo’s and chicken fried steak.
“Living the College Life the Healthy way” is my inside-scoop on how to avoid not only the dreaded “Freshman 15”, but also the “Sophomore Slump”, the “Junior Jiggle”, and even the “Senior Slow down.” As an adventurous foodie, I will find delicious ways to stay healthy, while eating out with friends, and finding nutritious alternatives on campus. Together we can beat the college clichés and you can to Eat Yourself Skinny!
