Who doesn’t love guacamole? While guacamole is definitely a food that is rich in nutrients, you still have to be careful how much you eat because of its high calorie content.

Far too many people will begin eating guacamole, and before they know it have eaten a good half cup (or over 200 calories). They are calories from a healthy source, but if you consume to many of them it will add up quickly.

My recent favorite guacamole (if I don’t have time to make my own), has become this one from Trader Joe’s. With only 40 calories for 2 Tablespoons, I can top my favorite meals with enough guacamole to satisfy any craving. Check this one out! It is the perfect blend of spices, with just enough kick that everyone will love it!
