What could be better then setting a personal record? Before I started CrossFit my endurance was somewhat embarrassing, and my running was so slow my husband could walk next to me while I ran.Less then 6 months ago I was running a 15 minute mile, and today I ran it in 8:45. What an accomplishment and amazing feeling. The key to getting fit is finding a workout you love, and looking forward to doing it as much as possible.Live Fitt!…Be Fitt!
