Spinach and Kale Breakfast Muffins with a Kick!!!


With an empty house I figured it was a great morning to experiment in the kitchen, and am I glad I did!  I’m not usually a fan of kale, but these were delicious!  For only 118 calories and 23 grams of protein, I’m full and ready for a great workout!
