“Working with Jillian is the best thing that’s ever happened to me in regards to how and what I eat. I’ve been on multiple diets such as Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and Seattle Sutton. I was not able to maintain any level of commitment and ended up falling back into my bad food habits.
